the beginning

1Jn 2:24  Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father. 

The Beginning. im not eloquent with words and my punctuation and grammar may not be correct, but i am in prayer and study about what i put on here.


let that - therefore - abide in you. (menō ; greek- abide, continue, dwell, endure, be present, remain, stand, tarry)  let it abide in you that which you have heard from the beginning. if that which ye have heard - remain in you - you will continue in the Son and in the Father.


what have you heard? what beginning is tarrying in your heart? is it the beginning founded by Christ? or by man? 

the beginning by Christ is the only way to continue in Christ. i encourage you sister, brother - search the scriptures! know the way that you are abiding in and let God lead you into the way of everlasting. 


2Ti 2:15  Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
