ive been ashamed..
those things of which now - i am ashamed.
what things could those be?
the drugs, the drinking, the tattoo's, the lasciviousness.. those things i am surely ashamed of now - and then, what fruit did i gain? what void did they fill? what happiness did they bring? the end of those things only brought me into death, eternal death. a living death! i was alive. i was breathing. i could walk and talk. but i was dead. my soul was dead. my heart was calloused & stone. i was dead in sin.
and a strange thought is - i didnt know i was dead until i became alive! alive in Christ. and the change was so real, so undeniable. such a grand and glorious feeling! (btw thats a hymn song)
but now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness and the end everlasting life. Romans 6:22

Who do you yield to?
You don't have to Sin! U can choose with the help and grace of God to yield to righteousness. Offer yourselves.. Offering was compared to and it is, a form of worship. Give urself to the worship and service of Christ. Anything u have to give up, one isn't worth hanging on to n e way and two will be restored overflowing with riches in Glory! Not to be confused with worldly riches! But if heavenly riches are n e thing to b compare with spiritual blessing or nuggets here.. Whew! I will gladly give it all up for Jesus! My choice of clothes, my hair, my jewelry, the places I hang out! Even family and friends if they choose to reject me because of my love and devotion to Christ.. Romans 6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life
Holiness
what is holiness? websters says; 1. Applied to human beings, holiness is purity of heart or dispositions; sanctified affections; piety; moral goodness, but not perfect.
Do you not think that.. if u are in purity of heart - that it would flow outward to appearance? that it would flow outward to demeanor? holiness is a state of your heart - but it is also a lifestyle. sanctified affections.. what are your affections? are they pure? set on things of above? or are you attached to this world and the things thereof? this world is hell bound.. destined for destruction.. only those who love God with their WHOLE HEART SOUL & MIND will make it..

of His household..
my thoughts today are going to come from Matthew 10:25
Mat 10:25 It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household?
it is enough – for the disciple, that .. he be as his master.
enough; greek ; arketos From arkeō; satisfactory: - enough, suffice (-ient)
it is satisfactory, sufficient – for the disciple, that he be as his master
disciple ( greek; mathētēs From manthanō; a learner, that is, pupil: - disciple.
he be (greek;ginomai to cause to be that is, to become) as his is master (greek; didaskalos from didaskō; an instructor (generally or specifically): - doctor, master, teacher.)
first, it is satisfactory for a learner, a student, a disciple – that he be as his master, teacher.
who is your teacher? who is your master? master in websters dictionary is 1. A man who rules, governs or directs either men or business.
who is ruling or governing your life? is it Jesus? is he your teacher? are you learning how to live your life from Him? it is satisfactory that you be as he is.
it is satisfactory that you become as he is. to be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you become so Christ-like that people dont even see you anymore.
they only see the Jesus in you.
now with that said.. if they have called the master of the house –Beelzebub (greek; Beelzeboul Of Chaldee origin (by parody upon [ba‛al zebûb]); dung god; Beelzebul, a name of Satan: - Beelzebub.)
Mat 12:22 Then was brought unto him one possessed with a devil, blind, and dumb: and he healed him, insomuch that the blind and dumb both spake and saw.
Mat 12:23 And all the people were amazed, and said, Is not this the son of David?
Mat 12:24 But when the Pharisees heard it, they said, This fellow doth not cast out devils, but by Beelzebub the prince of the devils.
If they called our Master, a prince of the devils for His works. for His commitment to God. for His stand for holiness. if they called Him crazy. if they looked on Him with scorn. if they mocked Him. if they crucified Him.
“how much more – shall they call them of His household?”
two things i want to point out from this.
one. if u are receiving persecution for your stand in Jesus. know that Christ knew it was coming and he has supplied all you need in Him. i exhort you too continue in the race. God almighty is there for you and WILL NOT LEAVE YOU!
two. if u are not getting the scorn of the world – then maybe u should check how much you are learning from your Master. how much have you given up of yourself? it is SATISFACTORY for you to be as your Master. it is enough for you to crucify yourself and rise up a new creature in Christ.
the thought i leave you with taken from the Revival Hymn, “The world couldnt get along with the holiest Man that ever lived – how is it – that it can get along with you and me just fine?”

what He’s looking at ..
so ive been reading in 1 Chronicles alot lately. about Davids reign as king and his leaving the building of the temple to Solomon.
i cant say that God has REALLY laid on my heart anything, and i guess i more or less dont want to leave my followers hanging and i dont want to lose my ‘zeal’ for this blog. ive been praying God would give me something to say, something God wants to say.
i have been looking in to David as i said and it just makes me so sad to see someone considered ‘A man after God’s heart’ falter. granted David didnt have the power of Christ to transform his sinful nature, he was considered to walk so close to God and yet he still made some very .. ungodly decisions. i know we are all human and fall short, and everyday we make decisions that hurt God.
but i just have been trying to see thru Gods eyes lately what this sin must look like to him, must do to his heart. to see little babies abused, sexual imorality, abortions, idolatry .. even the foul language. it breaks my heart that my God has to see it, that he has had to see it and that he will continue to see it.
it must be some great patience he has to put up with it for this long.. i pray that i will hold fast to him and do the best i can to be something pleasurable for God to look at when he see’s all the ungodliness around me.

Be ye separate!
Maybe it is righteous indignation..
..but i tell you.. it gets deep under my skin to see a ‘Christian’ think they can flirt with the world and think they maintain their right to be a future inhibitor of the Heavenly Kingdom.
Psa 101:3 I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me.
David didn't just say this because he thought it was the right thing to do. God said it thru His anointing of David and EXPECTS us to do this VERY thing.
The ‘Twilight’saga is of the darkness of this world. ‘Alice in Wonderland’ is inspired purely of satan and don't for one second think that God had any part of their ‘talent’. If He did they surely aren't using it for the will of God.
God calls for holiness. (Heb 12:14) Separation from the world! (Romans 12:2, 2 Cor 6:17) Sanctified and made clean by the power of Christ. (Lev 20:7, 1 Peter 1:15 & 16)
I'm sorry if i seem like Jesus in the temple turning tables .. but you know – at least I'm striving to be like my Savior. I hope and pray that SOMEONE would have their spiritual eyes opened and see that satan has his vices and us Christians are supposed to be aware and away from them. be separated! be a peculiar people! that's the way to heaven! THE ONLY WAY. Its a race that we must endure! Its a fight and a struggle but the reward is well worth it!
Heb 12:1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
Heb 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

waiting on the Lord..
Psa 130:5 I wait for the LORD, my soul doth wait, and in his word do I hope.
