something on my heart..

it weighs to heavily on me, to see people who truly love God – be deceived in a false doctrine. oh the potential God see’s in you!

Once saved always saved is not the biblical case! Yes, John 10:28 means no MAN can take your salvation from you – but you surely can walk away from it!

Rom 6:16  Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?

yes we are under grace.. no we CAN NOT earn our salvation, but that does not mean we can go about sinning and retain the free gift!

Rom 6:15  What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid

Joh 8:34  Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.

do you think you can be a servant of sin and a servant of Christ? you can NOT serve two masters..

it breaks my heart to know there are self proclaimed Christians out there who believe and are lead to believe that they are saved with sin in their lives.

dont you believe that the Blood that was shed, that precious life giving blood was shed for more than that? dont you believe there is more power in the blood than to leave you in your sinful state?? or is it that you love your sin to much to allow him to change you?

unless you are changed you WILL NOT receive the great reward of heaven.. they can preach you in to heaven all they want at your funeral but it doesnt change the reality of it.. GOD HATES SIN – why would he allow you to keep it in your life – and still call you his child?

oh sinner – be saved from your sin. let redemption have her way and cleanse you! you can overcome ANYTHING with Christ! Rom 8:37  Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. Christ’s blood can cleanse you, can keep you, can save you! dont for one second believe that you have to stay in your sins..

Rev 21:7  He that overcometh (STRONGS to subdue (literally or figuratively): - conquer, overcome, prevail, get the victory.)

 shall inherit all things;

and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.

  1. I really enjoy this blog. I love how you write about God with such passion. It's inspiring, really. I am struggling with the sin to be "someone" lately and although I blog about encouraging others in their faith, its so nice to know there are others. I needed to hear this. I really did. So thanks. And I will keep reading!
